Mexico’s Ministry of Economy understands the enormous impact that ICT can have in the creation of internal wealth to be shared by all the segments of society, and as a tool for the improvement of the standards of living in the country. It also realizes the imperative of positioning México in the world wide digital arena as the means to generate long term economic stability and growth.
